I understand and agree that personal and contact information provided to Collins Bay Yacht Club (CBYC) will be used by CBYC and the CBYC Sailing School to conduct club and sailing school business, will be shared with Collins Bay Marina, Ontario Sailing and Sail Canada for insurance and other purposes, and may be shared with Canadian or Ontario government agencies that require statistical information for funding purposes. CBYC, the CBYC Sailing School, Collins Bay Marina, Ontario Sailing, or Sail Canada will not sell, lease, rent, or use this information for any commercial purpose, except that Ontario Sailing may send promotional information (on behalf of a potential sponsor). I acknowledge that payment in full must be received by CBYC Sailing School within 10 business days of summiting your registration request, barring which the course registration may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the Sailing School. I acknowledge that an emergency medical information & waiver form must be completed for every individual and received by the CBYC Sailing School before they can participate in any course or other sailing school activity. I acknowledge that at least two sessions of instruction are normally needed to complete each CANSail level 1 through 4. Students must successfully demonstrate all the required skills prior to completing each level. Weather and wind conditions may limit the amount of on-water time available to demonstrate the prescribed skills and are beyond the control of the Sailing School. I accept the CBYC Sailing School Refund Policy: Refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Sailing School Director.
